Does soboxsy ship in it's own box?
Each box will ship inside a shipper box to ensure the items inside are kept as safe as possible. All shipping materials are recyclable or eco-friendly
Is shipping included?
Shipping is not included but we do our best to keep shipping costs as low as we can. If you live in the Toronto area, we offer local delivery
Does the box come with the receipt?
Our gift boxes do not come with a receipt. We expect that most people buy our boxes as gifts so we do not include any receipts or packing slips in any of our boxes. Instead, your receipt will be sent to the email address used upon checkout
How long will my order take to arrive?
For standard shipping orders take 2-3 business days depending on where the box is being shipped to. Our normal processing time can take 1-2 days.
What's your return policy?
All sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations
What if a product in the gift box is damaged or broken?
If this happens, we are sincerely sorry! If a product in a gift box is damaged or broken, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to replace the product
Can the box be delivered on a specific day?
We will do our best to ensure your order arrives on the delivery date that you have requested. However, packages can experience delays due to bad weather or other unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delays in transit caused by: high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, inaccurate shipping information or carrier drop-off policies. For this reason, we strongly recommend you request items to arrive 1-2 days before the gift box is needed. If this is a gift being delivered for someone's birthday, anniversary etc., please let us know in the notes section at checkout and we will add a stamp on the front of the package indicating 'don't open until' the specific date that was mentioned
What happens if the delivery of a soboxsy gift box was unsuccessful?
If delivery was unsuccessful, please let us know and we will look into this for you but once the box is shipped, it is mostly out of our hands. Often times, an unsuccessful delivery is due to an incorrectly inputted address so please double check the address was inputted correctly. If this is the case, we are happy to send a replacement but with a shipping fee of $20
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States
What happens if my recipient never received the gift box even though it says it was delivered?
This doesn't happen often but if it does, please ask the recipient to look around their property, if possible, as sometimes boxes end up in backyards. If the recipient cannot find the package, it may have been lost or stolen. Our team will do our best to contact carriers to figure out what happened but once the package has shipped, it is mostly out of our hands. We recommend filing a carrier claim
Do you offer a pick-up option for Toronto locals?
We currently do not have a pick up location but plan for one in the near future
How will I know when my order has shipped?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link
Do the boxes come with a note?
Our boxes include a custom designed printed note. You provide us with your message and we will handle the rest

Our current gift box size is: 10" x 8" x 4"
Our shipping box size is 12" x 10" x 5"
Do you carry cruelty free and vegan products?
We only carry cruelty free and vegan products

What's your return/exchange policy?
Given the curated/custom nature of the boxes, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. In the rare event that an item arrives to you damaged, please contact us and we will make sure the issue is resolved.
